Creating a great cocktail for 150 people is different from making one at a cocktail bar. It still needs to be fresh, balanced and beautiful - but it also needs to be executed consistently and efficiently when 100+ guests arrive at the bar at once. That’s where experience matters. We design our wedding cocktails specifically for event service, developing recipes, and utilizing production methods that allow our bartenders to serve handcrafted drinks efficiently without sacrificing the details that make them special.
